Beginner Yoga Class

 This class caters to those new to yoga, focusing on the basics. Discover the practice of yoga and build a firm foundation for a lifetime of practice. Learn and practice fundamental poses and alignment principles. Leave any insecurities about your individual challenges at the door.

Yoga is for every body at every age, trust us.

Level 1 (Intermediate)

Intermediate Yoga Class

An opportunity to deepen your practice. Increase strength, balance and flexibility and encourage sustainable advancement of your practice.

This is a moderately challenging class that explores a wide spectrum of yoga asana (postures) with an emphasis on taking your practice to the next level. 


 *All levels are welcome in All classes.   

Level 2 (Advanced)

Advanced Yoga Class

 This progressive class is meant for engaged yoga practitioners looking to expand their practice in a supportive group setting. Build strength to help support joint stability, posture and healthy movement patterns through advanced asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and dhyana (meditation). This practice is designed to increase awareness and balance the energies of the body and mind. 

 *All levels are welcome in All classes.
